WOW! SUmmer Summer in NY! This last month has been retarded awesome and by awesome, I mean totally sweet. My roomate and I have hosted a number of good friends at our apartment and have two old friends staying long term right now, one, Dale an amazing dancer, just moved to the big BK and Justin, is up here doing an internship with defjux records, which has afforded us a lot of pluses. It was a long hard winter, but now that I have a gig that pays bank and made a few friends and had a few move to the neighborhood, life has been really good lately. Today I got my new tattoo artist Myles at Bowery Tattoo, his portfolio is awesome and we talked for a while about how we are going to do my sleeves, I'm super excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I saw TV on the Radio a few nights ago, but I'm sad b/c Don Letts was spinning a set that night for the Afro-punk weekend and it was too late for me to go when I found out. Afro-punks are soooooooooooooo cool. I want one to be my boyfriend that I can love on and freak out my parents with! Everyone go see wassup rockers, Larrry CLarks' new film, great soundtrack and awesome film!
