I'd really really really love to go to this: Webstock '08. It's a large web development-related conference based in New Zealand. The 2008 speakers include pretty much every one of my heroes in the online development sphere. They haven't released the cost of going yet, but I'm guessing I won't be able to afford it. 
I'm considering applying for a scholarship for it (in which they'll pay for me to attend two days of the conference). Although I'm based in the South Pacific, I'm not exactly under-privileged, I just don't have the money for it. So it's really up to me to come up with a good argument.
Unless there's someone here in SG-Land that wants to be my benefactor?
