I had a dream while I slept this morning:
I was attending an engagement party at a pub in London. I was 'orribly bored.
I remembered that my favourite band, amiina was touring at the time but didn't know where exactly.
I wandered out of this pub and across the narrow cobblestone road to another pub. This pub was bigger than the previous. It's lighting was darker but there were just as many people in it. I made my way to the back and noticed some stage lights were on. As I came closer I discovered that standing in the middle of the floor, still playing a song on their strings (cello, viola, and violins) were the four members of amiina. For whatever reason I couldn't hear it.
Skirting around where they were performing, I moved to the front of the stage, then proceeded back behind the gathered audience. They finished playing and went to the bar, returning amongst hastily delivered comments from people they passed: "Great show!" "Loved it!" That sort of thing. They came across me and were happy to see me (this isn't so strange: I've met them several times before IRL).
"We didn't think you'd make it!" they said.
I talked to them about how I was confused about the dates and locations of their tour, and was just plain forgetful. They cooed, complimenting me on how cute it was that I was confused.
I went to the bar to order a pint, but woke up before I could get there.

I spoke to an Icelander on his way home from his first visit to Canada and I asked him...
"How do you like Canada?"
