I have an assignment due this week but I'm taking a break for a day or two before I get into it. Last week's two assignment nightmare really drained me and so I'm relaxing a bit more today.
Saw Tez, Rook and Dah last night. On the way over, Goldfish and I stopped at damnation_game's house to drop off a book. It was only brief, but we were leaving as _Indigo_ came home. She stared at us, said "hello", and did not move a muscle until we were out of the door. I think Goldfish's housemate, Kirsty, scared her.
We had dinner with Tez, Rook and Dah and it was really lovely and relaxing and fun, even though we were kinda late. Won't make the same mistake next time. I have a genuine and valuable group of friends there.
Meanwhile, Tuesday (tomorrow) night we have plans to see Transformers on the IMAX screen at South Bank. If anyone is interested in joining us, it starts at 7.30pm. We'll probably aim to get there at about 7pm-ish. Tix are $6.
If you plan to be there, say so (comment, text, PM, whatever) and we'll keep an eye out for you!
(yes, I've already seen Transformers too, but damnit ... this is on an IMAX screen!)
Have a good week!

Last month's book was Dave Eggers' "What is the What?"
This month is Vonnegut's "Slaughterhouse Five".
I'm surprised you don't attend.
