Stuff. Things!

List-based round-up!:
- My sister has officially entered labour with her second child at the young age of 25 (she's 25, not the kid, of course). Apparently, that means she'll squeeze it out some time this week. The funny part is how pass she is about it:
Me: "So you're having contractions or what?"
Her: "Contractions? (waves hand dismissively) Pfft. Yeah. Always having them." - Made new friends. Meeting people is easy: reamazing, speedway74, rh1an5, and <strike>Belinda</strike> Bindi - with whom I used to attend the same school it seems. We went to see Dr Seuss's exhibition in Surfers Paradise on Sunday. Japanese and beer afterwards. It was a lovely afternoon.
- Heading to Canberra from October 7 until October 11 to see old friends. Could go poorly.
- Skyped my ex-girlfriend Shannon last night to see how her travels through Europe are going. She's back home to Canada and then NYC within a few weeks so she can start working for the Guggenheim. Seriously considering moving to NYC myself despite the fact I never want to go to America. Girls can seriously mess we boys up.
- My brother-in-law (via my sister of course) just received a Nintendo DS as an "early Xmas present" from his mother. Yay! Someone to play wireless games with!
- All my stuff is still in London, even though I paid for it to be shipped two months ago. I "processed" some paperwork again which has been sent. It's going to cost me more money, too. Bastards. On the other hand, I'll get it via air within three weeks.
- This is terribly long, isn't it?
I must get around to putting photos and stuff on here, too. One day. I still have to finish going through all my photos from the last two months of traveling. After that, though, I promise.
