I have 4 hours of fitnessclass today.....(no pole) I get to do striptease, bootycamp, sexy core, and boots/blankets 
which teaches you floor work I do belive! Its by donations only and the proceeds go to the food bank, so I'm going to go buy a flat of canned soup I think for my donation
