I hate shopping in winter, especially the week after it snows. You have to put on 72 layers, pick your way across mounds of gray ice, and take turns with other people because the sidewalks aren't shoveled enough for more than one person to get by at a time. If you manage to get to the store without falling on your ass, you have to take off half of the 72 layers because it is hotter than blazes in there. Then you have to drag said layers around the store with you, trying unsuccessfully to avoid knocking shit off all the shelves and tables. God forbid you need to try something on. And then, purchase or no, you have to suit up and do it all again. If only I could get same day delivery on internet purchases...
