I live and die on taurine and cafffeine. These drugs are my life savers for the last few days. They get me through partying in the topless bars in TJ and then getting up the next morning to work at 6:30 AM.
I also am dependent on alcohol for sleep. I only drink one to two glasses of wine a night. However, it helps me sleep real well.
