SO I have been out of training for 16 months due to a very rubbish illness and stupid pain medication that fucked me up badly. So I have only been back training for around two months. Well yesterday I was doing goblet squats, bar squats and dead lifts and today my body has serious DOMS so the only thing for it is to lie in an extra hot bath and ease the muscle stiffness away ... ha. Don't get me wrong I attually love this feeling it makes me feel alive again but because I have not trained in so long my body is feeling the punishment what we do if we want to fight thou! Hopefully by end of next year I will be ready to step back into that cadge 💪👊.
