Well after sorting kids for school I had a beast of a strength and conditioning session feeling stronger week by week 💪👊.

I moved from Indianapolis to west palm beach florida. Its been an adjustment for sure. I have had some difficulty trying to get into playing hockey down here. Two different leagues and no response back. I am renewing my officiating certificate this weekend, but have to drive 2.5 hours away to fort Myers to do so. The people and attitudes are so unlike indiana

This morning while walking Raven my wee pug and Harambe my fox . Harambe managed to slip his harness and ran off 😢😢😢. I have been unable to find him and I am totally devistated.
