Let’s just start off and say, SuicideGirls has CHANGED MY LIFE. Good, bad, warm, cold, up and down honestly!
But you know what one thing is so certain? So fucking certain I’d put my life on it?
I’ve made the bestest friends through SuicideGirls. From going to the @blackheartburlesque, the Pour Vous shows, going to the clothing swaps, bar meet ups and even working for the company in a professional aspect.
I was going to make this into several blogs but honestly, I just want to put all my Suicidegirl homies on one place. So let’s get started!
When I was starting my journey as a hopeful SuicideGirl, I was in a terrible place in life, living in my ex boyfriends family’s home, who treated me inhuman and he didn’t make me feel any better. BUT I haven’t had a home to live in since I 16 when my father died of lung cancer, so I had no where else to go.
Years later still, living there, I got the opportunity to work for the company! I packaged and sent out Orders, I even wrote little notes on some of them! Like when we started selling prints I would write on the poster tubes “Tell is what you think! -Love, Leviathan<3” and we would get good feedback, people reached out to me and told me how much they liked them! And I started living where the office was and got out of that situation! But eventually it was time for SuicideGirls and I to move on from one another in a job way, to only friendship! Plus, come on I just wanted to make cookies and I can’t do that doing shipping and handleing!
And I ended up leaving that shitty boyfriend, moving to Los Angeles without a job, Homeless and lived out of my car off and on for a few weeks, and couch surfed a little!
ANYWAYS, I’m getting off tack, but becoming a Suicidegirl let me meet some great gals! So let’s kinda jump all over the place with my life.
@liryc @liryc @liryc , I attend all of @liryc’s family Christmas parties, she’s helped me get on my feet when I left that bad situation and she has ALWAYS let me cry on her shoulder. She is my actual sister at this point, who’ve I’ve hugged, cried, kissed and lots of other weird friendship stuff I guess! (She also helped enforce my love for whiskey, most importantly you know?) I fucking LOVE YOU @liryc and ducking love seeing you succeed in life, getting all the kitty love, girl love and taking care of my favorite chef Bailee. Caus yiu two are my actual fucking family, y’all are the jelly and peanut butter to my bread, the cheese and Mac in my bowl! Y’all are my FAMILY. My real, family.
Now now now, @kiley you guys... she let me end up LIVING on her couch for a while, we where good roommates after working together in the Office AND spending a lot of time drinking together every Tuesday night at our favorite bars in Los Angeles. (Which once I moved in, that was EVERY DAMN NIGHT YALL. We partied pretty hard.) But also we supported one another in such hard times of life, I am ever so FUCKING THANKFUL FOR MEETING KILEY. I for real love this girl, we have worked together at now, 3 different jobs here in Los Angeles doing different kind of stuff, but you guys like we are seriously a team you don’t want too mess with, we get shit DONE. I love you @kiley, thank you for eating Mac and cheese with me on way to drunk of nights, thank you for listening to my dumb stories and putting me k n my place because you know I can always do better.
Now I also had my favorite whiskey pourer @bradley always at @kiley and my side! We did the SuicideGirls Radio together SO many times, (which I miss so so so dearly!) we got drunk countless times on our bar hoping nights, we talked about stupid boys, the tastiest whiskey, a little bit of sports if you know how @bradley is, and whole lotta girl-fucking-power! I love you @bradley with all my heart and soul because you have SO much soul in you I wanna give you a little of mine too! Thanks for always letting me drink as much whiskey as I want, supporting my drunk ass and giving me the best hugs, OH! And letting me puppy sit Banner which started my love for doggos, like REALLY made me love doggos!
Now, @nebula has been my outside buddy, like we actually go outside and climb rocks and stuff together! We also modeled together recently for a little of a mini “comeback” shoot for me and another set for her! She was also the only person besides my current boyfriend and roommate who came and visited me in the hospital when I attempted to take my own life when this 2018 year started, she brought me snacks, food and a teddy bear I keep forever now, thank you for your giant heart @nebula, thank you for your silly adventures and need to push me farther than I thought I could ever go! I love you!
And you know what?
