Last night was hellish but I'm having a better day today. Got out of my exam half an hour ahead of time at 10.30 this morning and headed for some awesome breakfast at Future's at Bloor & Spadina as a reward for the fact that I actually made myself study fairly thoroughly. Then I headed for Queen St. just as the Horseshoe was opening and purchased two tickets for Against Me! of which were thankfully not sold out. Strolled eastbound along Queen and stopped at Curry's to pick some silk-screening supplies and then further east to Yonge St. to hit up H&M for some cheap quality t-shirts for printing purposes and a denim skirt just for kicks. I was home in time for the Y&R.
I was so tired from not sleeping and then having to get up early this morning but it was so nice out today that I wanted to stay out side and walk around. I love walking around downtown. Toronto's a really awesome city. I even came across a parade of bagpipers (for V.E. Day celebrations, I assume) walking down Bay St. to boot.
I am so excited about getting some silk-screening done. I need to go out and buy some acetate sheets for my compy printer and then I'll be covered in paint for days. If anybody has any good ideas for t-shirts shout me a holla. I think me and Aprile are going to have a crafty day; like a stitch and bitch but with paint and hard liquor.
