My grand plan for if I decide to quit my job is to save enough holiday days in lieu so that I can hand my notice in and then take a months holiday so that I don't need to work my months notice! That way I get the satisfaction of literally just walking out and not coming back + if the bastards make me work the months notice anyway at least I'd basically be getting an extra months pay at the end of it all for the lieu days!
