tonight was fun. ^_^ i went with my roommate to see Battles at the Social and they were fucking awsome. their drummer is now the sweatiest man i've ever seen, even his jeans were completely drenched by the end of the show.
all in all i left completely satisfied, because
1. Battles put on a really good show
2. i got the shirt i wanted and they had it in small girly sizes (i hate it when bands only sell the shirts i like in mens sizes)
3. i saw my ex there and he looks like shit! seeing as i had no closure on that whole wierd situation, just seeing him was enough. i actually didn't even recognize him at first. i saw his roommate and just thought he was some strange guy there with him, and than i saw his face and realized it was him. so by the looks of it he's probably a full time drunk now which he was pretty close to when i hung out with him, and he looks like he's been snorting a bit too much of it these days.
other than that i'm just working a couple more days than i'm out of orlando, and this time next week i will be sleeping in Mnster a couple hours away from my first day of classes. but now i need to get some sleep, because i need to be up for work in 3.5 hours.
