Dell rhymes with hell!!!!
I spent almost 6 hours with Dell tech support last night. What a joke!! I bought a new computer, it sucks, I am not happy with it so I call tech support. They have me do all these repairs and now it is worse! I have a year warranty so I told them I want it fixed or a new one. I kept asking for a manager and then they would hang up on me or transfer me. So around 11:30pm I finally gave up frown So now I don't know what to do, I can't get anyone on the phone that will help me, they keep having me do the same crap over and over and now I can't get on the Internet! UGH! I have a webpage I need to finish this weekend, I need to get it up and running and I have no Internet mad So anyone know anybody at Dell......help eeek

So then I wake up this morning and I have no water. It is a small water company and I can't get a hold of them. I have left messages and they won't call me back mad It is 105 and I have no water.

What the hell happened to customer service?? Are there any humans out there anymore to answer phones? What the fuck?

Can I go back on vacation......pleeeeaseeeee whatever

aww.. frown *pet* *pet* sorry to hear about the dell schmux.. raise lots of hell during "normal" business hours going up as high on the chain as possible.. until you get something for free from the fuckers..
and i hope you have your water back now.. that sucks too..
