The Ocean

Scraping against the window
the sound of wind scratched upon her surface.
As she stared into the thick clouds I pleaded her
not to break.
Her hand shattered through the glass
while the cold air pushed me down.

Searching for safety I ran through the halls
as debris from the outside swrilled through the
empty rooms I felt it become much cooler.
Opening a door I found peace standing before the
ocean.
She turned around and folded me into safety.

My body joined with the liquid wall, as it spread my
spirit through the sand.
My tears fell into the water
and echoed my voice,
while the wall crashed down upon the glass.

I am in the beautiful NW. I am having so much fun. I spent the last two days at Sand Lake riding quads and ripping it up I forgot how pretty it is here and I miss the Ocean
I don't have much time to write. I will be back next Wednesday. {{{hugs}}} and to everyone.
