I CANNOT BELIEVE the hack job that has been done on our Living Room and Dining Room area! The floor was not leveled before the tiles were laid. They are all uneven... They have left a HUGH gap between the tile and the preexisting base board. No lip on the seam from the Kitchen to the Dining Room... Sure to make for a great toe buster during those late night adventure to go sleep eat. The base board is worthless, it was completely soaked through when the flood happened. They are water logged. They are worthless... and will ultimately end up rotting. They are supposedly coming to do the rest of the floor, that seem to be fine. Due to a concern of if it floods again..... FLOODS AGAIN. You have to be kidding me. I am going to speak to the Super on Wed, where I am gonna give her a piece of my mind. This is unacceptable. On top of the problem with the floor.... No one has expressed or informed me of the state of the exterior wall. Has the Building Inspector looked at it, when, I want the work order for it. No one has even care to come in an inspect the state of the apartment after the flood itself... Isn't that the job of the Super... Yeah, they came in to watch me mop up the water covered in sweat. No one has come to see the paint peeling on the interior of the kitchen cupboard, do I want paint in my pots and pans no... And how high has the water gone up the back of it.... They need to fix this. I pay my rent, I pay my part. I have my rights. SO they have 2 choices... If this apartment in this place that is free, and I can work with it (I would be required to have a storage unit, which one can't obtain unless they have lived here for 2 years) transfer us and take care of this horrible job, going worse or get on there shit and get it fixed. FAST. No one needs to have to live the way we are right now. I can't even get out of my bed properly, I have to from the end of it due to everything being in here. There is no point to move it back till IT'S DONE!.
