Tonight, we are meeting with Erik for dinner at Bird's so we can toss around some more ideas in order to complete the band's website. Brian's tech work and my design - we make a damned good team. I'm feeling especially good about this one.
Elliott will also be joining us because we want him to be our main videographer/photographer at the wedding, and we plan to do a services trade for him since we are mega broke and can't pay his usual fees, whatever those might be. He is a good friend though, so I'm sure things will work out. And MAXX offered to help, too! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've already designed a pretty kick ass site for Elliott in order to give it a fresh look, so we will see what he thinks of my ideas for that. *fingers crossed* I just want him to like it. Gotta make it a sweet trade and all that.
Brian wants to give me my "Balentime's" gift tonight. Guess he can't wait! Wonder what it is!? He almost made plans for us to go camping in Big Sur over the 14th - 20th vacation that we're taking together, but we would have frozen ourselves to death. So we've decided to just take it day by day, do something special and creative each day that we have off together, and to not sit and rot in front of the computer and waste that valueable time. It should be nice, with a variety of stuff to do.
I suggested The Getty, and maybe a picnic up at Greystone - where we shot the engagement photos - if it's warm, and maybe another day of just cleaning and scrubbing the house then cooking dinner together after. Perhaps a drive to the beach, or a walk through the neighborhood for coffee. I'm looking forward to just being with him without the demands of an alarm clock for a full 6 days. WITH PAY!

I'm glad you didn't go camping if it meant you'd have to sleep in the car with the car on just to avoid turning into humansicles. Do like the Jackson 5 said, Enjoy yourself! (That's pre-psychotic delusions Mikey talkin' to ya)
