Im tired. Need to sleep. Started training early this year. It is just too hot to ride in Vegas during the summer so I am going to plan my cycling season to end in June instead of October. So that means I have to start serious training now in order to accomplish my goals next season. My body isn't too happy with the diet/riding combination. It is always tough the first month. My goals for the season are simple, be skinny, break 5 hour century, race a little. I'm not greedy
