i feel like crap. maybe i am coming down with something. i don't know. bad couple of weeks. the weather her sucks. rains for two months and then it is 80 degrees for a week. now it is rainy and windy again. uggghhhhh. i think i have a fever. i am still riding tomorrow. have too.

assos chamois creme has made my week. i highly suggest it for any serious cyclist. fixed my problems and has made my additional miles each week a breeze.
I should be up to 180-200 miles a week in about a month. Only about 125 this week. I am ramping up pretty fast, but I got in some miles this winter making it a little easier....

Been awhile since I updated. I moved across town into a nicer apartment. Moved stuff for 22 hours straight. I was sore as hell. Only a week left in the semester and then a whole month off!! I am so beat, hopefully next semester will be easier. Next fall I have three upper division physics classes in one semester. I will be hurting through that...

Im tired. Need to sleep. Started training early this year. It is just too hot to ride in Vegas during the summer so I am going to plan my cycling season to end in June instead of October. So that means I have to start serious training now in order to accomplish my goals next season. My body isn't too happy with the diet/riding combination....

I am tired. About two hours sleep last night. Pretty productive night though. I have about 12 hours of homework to do in 8 hours tonight. Something will break. Probably my brain.
