Alright, enough grumbling already. I know exactly where I stand with the gentleman friend. Truth to be told, I'm too damn tired these days to think about it that much. Work has been pure choas over the past two weeks, and it will probably stay that way til Christmas Eve. I CANNOT wait for Christmas and Boxing Day, I just need to relax and enjoy my time with the fam. I couldn't give a care in the world about receiving gifts. I appreciate what I get from family, but if my parents decided to stop gift giving altogether it wouldn't matter. Being swamped with work and getting sucked into the madness of focusing on big-city career development makes me that much more thankful for the people in my life. I went home for the first time in over a month this past week-end, and hung out with several friends, one of which I hadn't seen in over a year. It was amazing, I almost started to cry when I sat back for a minute and watched them all laugh, hug, and cajole with one another. I need to make the effort to see my home-town friends more often, because they are the ones who keep me happy and sane.
Well kidlets, I will go extend my season's greetings to each of you individually when I get the chance. Has anyone officially started thier holidays yet?
