I went to the SG burlesque show on Saturday, and it was just so much fucking fun. I have been to another burlesque show at First Ave. That troop opened for Raspuntina, and they had a more classic burlesque feel to them. The SGs on the other hand just went all over the place. I could not stop laughing when Tagan and Shera did the whole macho boyfriend with the pissed-off girlfriend skit. I think it made my night! Hahahaha! I also really loved Violets silly energy and bosom. Mmm. I wish I were closer to the stage, but Im kind of glad I wasnt. I dont think I could appreciate the girls and the audience being covered in chocolate syrup and whip cream if I wasnt sitting up in the balcony. Damn, what a great finally. What an awesome show!
