"Hi, my name's Nora..."

I had a big long entry ready to post and abandoned it in the name of breaking the path I was about ready to start running on again. No reason to say the things I planned on saying.

That said, I can't leave this entry a nihil. Something needs to fill the vacuum. I am no longer engaged in the euphoria I was feeling on the 26th. That wave came to the beach with a crash like thunder and left me stunned against the rocks, stars in my eyes. It followed its course.

Now I'm dealing with a sad girl and a worried girl. I'm pulling my usual act and becoming the one who's helping keep everyone else sane. Trying, at least. It's easy to distract myself from my own worries when I'm helping someone else. I just hope I can.
