They have buses at least. Apparently the rail isn't very good, but I'm of the mind that anything is better than here. I think I'm getting desperate. The Bay Area would probably be a better way to realize my mass transit dreams.

That's disappointing. Thanks for pointing that out, I hadn't looked into the specifics of their rail. Just assumed it was decent. Looks like it doesn't go anywhere near UCLA.
