Last night I went to see the Manics over in Southampton. I can't believe that I forgot how good they are!
Me and Greg had a great time, bopping along, singing, crying (well that was just me, some of their songs hit a nerve) and general uplifting merriment was had by all. There was however an unsavoury crowd of people who felt it necessary to talk all through the gig, and a couple next to us who were constantly eating each others faces, going to the bar and to the toilet. If you are going to spend twenty odd quid for a ticket, surely you should watch the band no?
I start a new assignment today, for some unknown company, in an office which I do not know the location of. I hate Mondays.
On the upside - Aiki has a new set!

Haven't seen the Manics in a while - and I really should have a good listen to the (new-ish) album again.
