Tis been a good week. Press party thing last week, trip to Poland next week and this weekend I got jumped by a girl at a club. Snogging in a dark corner like a youth club disco. That hasnt happened for a long time. Well not since parents-away-raiding-the-drinks-cabinet-for-ouzo style parties at school. Id rather have something a little more substantial but thatll keep me smiling for now.
I think my iPod is alive. Ive run out of new music at the moment so Ive been sticking it on random. The odd thing is it only seems to be playing songs that remind me of my old girlfriend. my dissertation relates to ramachandran's work using mirror boxes on patients with phantom limb pain. one theory is that phantom limb pain is caused by conflicting sensory and motor information. i am using eeg recordings to establish the effect of sensory-motor conflict on normal participants.

It has been a good week. Spent the weekend up in London. Saw Lemonjelly in Hampstead Heath on the Sunday and Bright Eyes at Somerset house on Monday. Both rocked. Saw friends, got trollyed, had a laugh. Hooray.

an amount of what i do being protected by NDA's (non disclosure agreements)
a wish to talk about other things (my 'real' life is surrounded by people who do similar work)
etc etc.
I choose on here to remain fairly anonymous
post pics, find the full path to your image (most browsers right-click on it and select 'properties') and 'copy', click on the 'Image' link to the right of the "ADD A COMMENT" box, and paste your path into the dialog box that appears

I made friends. Yay. Other than that, nothing to report. Spent the day playing games and zipping around the world on Google Earth. You can move around the whole planet from space to ground level. It looks like one of those movie special effects where government agencies track down phone signals. Its freaky as fuck to zoom in from space to your house.

Today has been hell, in a weird way. My left eyebrow, for reasons best known to itself, has been twitching. All day. It's like someone pulling it with a little thread. It might not sound like much but it's almost driven me crazy.
