So I just got my ass chewed out by my boss for closing the restaurant on January 1st. Shoot.
I was under the impression that we WERE closed....
I hate being an adult.
I hate getting in trouble for making adult decisions...

Yeah 30 isn't so bad... were you like me around your birthday, and had a hard time sleeping with the anxiety over actually turning 30? Practaically your entire life as an adult was in your 20's... then boom you are 30. Oh well... I do feel sexier now than I did when I was 20.
And as for you taking pics for SG, I say go for it doll!! If you are not already a member of SG Hopefuls, then I encourage you to join it... there is a lot of helpful advice, and you may also consider joining the photography group, if you haven't already for the same reason.

Ahh the life of a restaurant whore....
Anyone else with sore feet from standing all night? Sore face from fake smiling at customers when you really just want to smack them?
Here's a toast to all of my fellow restaurant workers....customer service is the bane of my existence...so why do I keep going back?

If you smack a small percentage of them will anybody notice? You should negotiate for that in your contract. I mean if they aren't regulars from the hood it can't do that much damage... right? How hard do you slap?

Service life is a bitch (all from hearsay)... but I hear bar tending is great! You can support yourself working a few nights a week if you can snag a good job. And you get the added bonus of laughing at drunk people.
