FUCK FUCK FUCK I gained a stone in weight in the last month (thats 14 lbs to the non-english).
Ok fair enough i was sick and did lose like a stone in dec/jan but to put it all back on within a month sucks! I was happy with my skinny body, nearly got it down to 8stone (ive never been lighter than 9 before that) and now im back to 9 stone. Its not heavy but im only little so its obvious in my cheeks and belly.. boooo hissss!
HELP... I want to lose weight again and be healthy. I need to go running more and eat less... but i havent got any exercise clothing here at Joe's and I dont want to go home to get my stuff..

The key trick for me was replacing energy dense foods that left me feeling hungry with lower density foods that left me feeling full. Cooking with pulses is a great way to start, but even a chicken breast served with a plate full of vegetables can fill me up for ages even though there are not too many calories in the meal.
