Last night, I was at Joe's house and we had a power cut, thank god it was just as his mummy finished cooking our roast dinner so we ended up having roast dinner in candlelight.. romantic! lol. It did made me realise how much we rely on electricity to keep us entertained, no tv, no music (except on our ipod player that charges up...altho that would've no existed without electricity) no power shower, nothing.... Back in the day I remember being entertained by good ol board games, story telling and random games without the need to electricity. It was good fun for the night although we did go to bed quite early coz we got bored.

I worked yesterday, an open day at my university. I'm so oblivious to flirting these days as i've been with my boy since i was 15. I thought i was just being nice to the person i was working with (not very attractive, wierd etc) and i think he was hitting on me! he kept moving closer and closer, wanting hugs ( i just moved away .. uncomfortable!) and he said do u go to the SU bar i said no coz i drive in and no point coz i cant drink and he was like well u can stay at my place in halls... eek! So i started talking about Joe but he never got the hint. So i kept my distance from him for a while til we finished work.
Now days I am really happy with my relationship with Joe now that i;ve gone through my awkward teenage phase ( i did think when i was 16-18 that oh no im gna b stuck with him forever im only a teenager ive never experienced ne thing) but now we're really happy together and as we grow old together things become better and better although he still doesnt like some of the things i like eg Tattoos and my more hardcore screamy music lol.

We went to look at a house yesterday (outside), its on the market for 139,000 but it needs total refurbishment, and when i say that i mean EVERYTHING needs re-doing. But its an oldish victorian house, 10 mins walk to town centre (its on the edge of town), 3 large bedrooms, it's a large fucking house. We're hoping i get a job that earns me atleast 20,000 so that we can buy that place if its still on the market in 4-5 months time. That way we can re-do it slowly if there is atleast 1 easy room to do and working bathroom and heating. And I can have a studio to work in as well as a office oh and puppies, kitties, chickens and piggies!
So my last question now is how do i save up money for my deposit. would you guys be interessted in buying things from me? I have noticed its harder to sell things on SG now then when i first joined. Prints, hats, flower hair clips, paintings? I will do a custom painting to whoever wants to buy it, on canvas for lets say 50 including post and packaging or best offer....
