Am quite pleased with myself- have exercised every day for a week and a half now.
Part this health kick is the idea of looking hot for my brother's wedding at the end of March, and also looking hot for a certain young lady in AZ... mostly the latter. hehe.
And hell, I'm doing it for me too- it's nice to feel hot, especially when there's nobody interested in you.
So far it's working, too- I'm quite pleased with the way my bod is starting to look and I'm sleeping pretty well too.
It's also giving me something to do with my otherwise pretty uneventful days, waiting for my classes to start next Tues. yawn.
In my boredom, I decided that the 2 books one of my friends sent me for my birthday were a godsend, best put to use this week. Read the 1st one "The five people you meet in Heaven" in about a day and started on the 2nd one "Join Me" too. As long as I can get through this weekend, I'll be alright, I think.
