So, I saw a couple of old B&W movies recently. One reasonably good, and another cheesier than the heart of Cheese Coutry during a Cheese Festival. The first was the original Phantom of the Opera. A silent movie. Which is SUCH an oddity. Not hearing dialogue is one thing, but NO sounds when a door closes, or something falls on the floor, is so strange to me. Lon Chaney was a good actor. Facial expression & body movement make more of a difference in a silent movie, I suppose. Worth seeing.
The second movie was the infamous cheesefest known as Plan 9 from Outer Space. In this we have: re-used shots of Bela Lugosi wandering around in a cape, Vampira and Tor Johnston not even TRYING to act, & a cop scratching his face with a gun barrel. (Real cops don't do that. This is not how you handle firearms).
Oh there's also the VERY LAME story, dialogue, etc.
I had to see it for myself though... and it does live up to it's reputation!

Er nothing really. It's more or less fingerpainting, but with paintbrushes. I just really like to play with paint. ^_^
