My father passed away on Thursday night last week. I’ve been processing his death, and it’s been an emotional rollercoaster of pain, happiness, relief, fear, and calmness.  He raised me when my mom wouldn’t, and sure he was a tough old marine, but he loved me and raised me the best he could with the tools he had.  You are and will always be missed Dad.
