Who Tweets?!
i've been neglecting my twitter, but i've finally gotten around to syncing it with my facebook status, so its getting a lot more love lately!

SO ... whats new in my life? lets see ...
- Had my engagement party on saturday, heaps of fun, everyone there seemed to have a great night and i managed to get through my speech without being all jittery and nervous (thankyou alcomahol!!)
- Everyone should head over here and wish my gorgeous BFFL Caprica a happy belated 21st!!! hooray for drinking legally
- got a suite at the casino booked for sunday night with the lil' lady, someone gave us an online hotel booking website voucher for our engagement so we are living it up this weekend (very excited)
- Fellow Aussie Scotty has a new set in member review, so be sure to check out True Blue ... HOT STUFF!!
- ive got a business idea in the works ... photography related, its still boiling in my brain but stay tuned for more details ... could be verrrry interesting!
- I just rewatched LOST from the begining through to the latest season finale ... i am SO stoked for the new season, yet sad to see it finish, i just hope they finish it off right!!
- I discovered yesterday that a melbourne taxi company has been ripping me off the past couple of months, i have found two charges for $50 cab fares that i never took ... i remember about 10 months ago i got a taxi to my lady's place, had to pay by credit card and his machine just *happened* to be down, so he took a carbon imprint of my card and apparently has decided to have a bit of fun with it ... fucker
i called the bank and they are 'investigating the claim' ... ill let you know how it goes
- went shopping with a pile of engagement present gift cards ... SO MUCH FUN! managed to pick up a risotto maker, a pressure cooker, a SWEET kettle (awesome) a great frypan, as well as a stack of kitchen utensils, oh the fun! and we still have a bunch of cards left, no idea what to buy though!
- oh, and on the point of gift cards, i was thinking about this the other day ... wouldnt it be great if there was a website where you could TRADE gift cards with other people, for gift cards of the same value, but at different stores. case in point, we got about $300 in gift cards, all for the same store, and a single gift card for a Different store, but for $50 ... this particular store is an electronics store which basically has TV's, Stereos & DVDs, there is NOTHING engagement-y you can get at that store for $50, SO itd be great if i could go to said site and TRADE the card for one of the same value, but for the same store as the $300 worth of other gift cards we have.
someone, get on it!!
(sidenote, we ended up getting 'the hangover' and the new 'harry potter' on blu ray with the gift card

a TERRIBLE photo .. i look demonic, but only a couple got taken that night
AAANYWAY chickens, i think thats about it ... ummm ... oh! i changed my website from Effigy Photography to Effigy Photography & Design, so i can upload some of the graphic design work i do, as well as the photos.
