Keeping it short tonight. Last night my uncle David made crayfish ettoufee, which was ,of course, out of this world. Tonight we had an authentic Louisiana shrimp boil complete with smoked sausage, corn on the cob, new potatoes, mushrooms and whole heads of garlic. My grandpa looks a lot worse this time but at least his mind is still sharp. 88 is getting up there. Hope everyone has as good a week as I'm having.
