I'm not a person who goes on a diet and has a super healthy life (on the contrary, I LOVE whiskey and fast food π€€ hahahah) but I don't give up on my daily training!
I do crossfit for 5 years, and every day I need to overcome myself.
I confess that some days, I'm lazy .. I want to get home from work, take a shower and go to sleep hahaha buuuut, I train anyway...
(and yes .. I have a bar in my living room! haha π)
For me, sweat is the best therapy ..
Is what makes me relax after a stressful day, motivates me to be better and overcome my difficulties, makes me feel alive!
