Christmas is finally over! That may seem like an odd thing to be happy about, but now I can go about another 11 months without having to hear about it - yay!
My holiday was actually not so bad, in fact, it was sorta fun. There was some family drama, as usual, but after that I got to kick back and watch the presents roll in
Most of my time was in the SF area, so I got to hang out, get some post-Xmas presents for myself, and watch way too much TV. One such present I got myself was Mark Farina's new CD "Mushroom Jazz 4" - outstanding CD, you must go out and get it. And yesterday my dad and I went to an Oakland Raiders game in the middle of a monsoon. It was a great game, and I didn't let the near-hypothermia distract from my enjoyment.
Now I have three days of packing and getting ready for my move back to Santa Cruz (resuming my UC education), and trying to contain my excitement.
Have a wonderful New Year!
P.S. Like the new pic? Obviously, I don't have blue and orange skin - that pic was taken at Burning Man when I went in 2001. But THAT's a different story altogether ...
