ok its me time, so listen up!
3 weeks ago myself and 240 of my workmates got sacked from working on wembley stadium. we're steel erectors and welders and we are the ones that have put the arch up and about 50% of the steel work. the arch was a major engineering feat, which most companys said it couldn't be done but we gone done it innit. now the hard work is done the main contracter multiplex has dismissed us and is trying to replace us with cheap unskilled foreign labour. we aint to happy bout this so we're picketing the gates till we get our jobs back or some sweet compo. i'm pretty confident we'll be successful but who knows how long this dispute is gonna take. i'm skint, got no income and i spend like a mother fucker. so things aint goin too grand for me. nemind eh.
