Edit: whoa I didn't think the blog was THIS long!

Do you love horror movies? I love horror movies! I watch all the horror movies I can... even the crappy ones, but I'm sure there are a few gems out there that I have missed! Does anyone have any suggestions for ones I can rent from Netflix or Blockbuster? I have grown kind of immune to them and am not scared too easily like I used to be, it depends on the situation, but I just still LOVE watching them. They make me think... could this happen? what IF this happened.

I'm sure a lot of you have heard of that new film The human centipede... I really don't think I can stomach watching that I am not one for sick things, like torture... or things I can imagine really happening.
This is why Leatherface scares me the most out of the classic horror icons like Freddy, Jason, Myers etc... There is never going to be a guy that attacks me in my dreams, there is never going to be a guy running around in a hockey mask that had already drown, there is never going to be a guy come after me that can not be killed and returns every Halloween! But there COULD be a leatherface... there could be some deformed guy living out in the middle of nowhere with a demented family armed with a chainsaw ready to cut me to pieces! and perhaps want to breed with me

Don't get me wrong, I love the other characters and movies for different reasons but leatherface most definitely gets to me the most.

I'm trying to think of the horror movies I have watched lately... The hills run red, I'm not sure how many people would actually really enjoy this movie since the acting is pretty bad.. but I really did enjoy it! It was just a cool slasher flick with a neat little back story.
I watched Trick 'r treat again. It's a campy little movie but it has it's own unique style I just think it's awesome how they mix in fun and humour with some gore and scare in such an entertaining way.

I think my favourite movie of all time is Poltergeist... I think, it's hard to choose. I looked a lot like the Carol Ann when I was young =) I think the movie fascinated me because I had A LOT of personal experiences with the supernatural growing up... no I am not crazy, my entire family and extended family witnessed a lot of it. Some of our houses were built behind a VERY VERY old cemetery, we all know how old England is so... yeah.

I am totally fascinated with the supernatural. I would like to start a paranormal group so we can do some real ghost bustin'... anyone in with me?
I would also like to be in a horror movie one day, I don't mind how small the part of how crappy the movie... It's just this goal I have.

Soooo this turned into a super long winded blog about horror and ghosts!! haha. Let me know if you have any suggestions =)

Fangoria LA convention is coming up soon!!! I know I will get to see my little Tristyn again



And hopefully Dino, Boomie, Moxi and a bunch of other girls! I'm not sure who is going yet.
