To start things off I hope everyone had a lovely new years! I know I did, I totally stayed in, was super lazy and ate chinese food hahaha. SO, I'm not entirely one for making new years resolutions normally hoooowever this year I figured I'd come up with a fun little(kinda little) list for myself to keep things interesting this year!
*1. Stay confident*
This ones a big one for me as i've always been a very insecure person. I've always been naturally on the thick side and in highschool it really got to me, resulting in really bad eating habbits and suffering from an eating disorder. It's been super refreshing to just be me and not feel bad about not looking the way the media wants females to. So a shoutout to having stretch marks, cellulite, big thighs, uneven boobs and hundreds of other "imperfections", I have no shame and I love me for me! An even bigger shoutout to the community and all the ladies on this site, I'm honestly honoured to be surrounded by such beautiful and positive people! You all have been a huge inspiration to me and I can't wait for this year to bring many more friends and memories :)
2. Eat more margarita pizza
For everyone who hasn't tried it, it's frigin delicious
3. Go to the gym more so I can eat more margarita pizza
I don't even think I need to explain this one, hehehe. I just love pizza so much :D
4. Drink more water! x7083626
I hate to admit it but I am so bad for this and just super forgetful when it comes to drinking throughout the day period. Really hoping to change that though! *get your butt together girl*
5. Travel!
I haven't travelled much in the last five years and this year I'm totally changing that. If all goes well I'll be going to Cali to meet @hurricane @cooky @zelena and tons of other babes! I'm super pumped to just get the heck out of Canada and back to LA!
6. Mental Stability!
*Nothing to be ashamed of* but I'm currently enrolled in an output patient program for my anxiety/ptsd that starts at the end of January! Sometimes people just need a little help/push getting back to mental stability or ease and that is something I'm looking so forward to. I'm sure hundreds of people on this site alone suffer from mental illness' and disorders and can relate to me in some way, it's honestly not fun and sadly I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. That being said, I'm happy to put all the negativity behind me and spend the year learning how to battle/cope with my inner demons! Here's to hoping it all goes well and that I can stick to it :)
I hope everyones year turns out to be something special! Xoxoxo!
