If Ivette wins tonight, I win $50 but if Maggie wins, I only win $15 for second place. Small consolation either way with those two slime buckets.
A couple of nights ago 'Phantom of the Paradise' was on television. That movie came out when I was in grade 7 and it seemed like every single girl at my school was obsessed with that movie. It was sort of amusing watching it again and hearing all those familiar songs after so many years. I guess I must have known the soundtrack pretty well even though in looking though my vinyl I don't seem to own it.
I remember one of my friends memorized all of his history notes to the tunes of the soundtrack, because he figured he'd be able to remember everything that way. Like: 'Life at last, salutations from Hamurabi' etc. I've always had odd friends, but inventive and creative certainly.
Back about 10 or 15 years ago that particular friend and I used to organize a haunted house every halloween. We used to get kids lining up and waiting for 45 minutes on Halloween night. We did some pretty cool (and really strange) things in that house. I think we may have given a number of children some nightmares.
I spent the morning in Steinbach getting an oil change and having a trailer hitch put on my car. I love my car. I sometimes forget how comfortable it is until I get in someone else's car. That was a stuck up thing to say, wasn't it?
I'm rambling.

Which is redundant.
Like whoa.
I like Phoenix's voice. That's just me though.
Merci for the birthday greetings!
