Had dinner at Mama Mia tonight with a few of my family (only ten of us) followed, of course, by gelati next door on Corydon. It's weird to walk by Jenn's store and think that Jenn doesn't work there anymore.

My brother and nephew leave on Thursday, my nephew for Kingston to begin university at Queens, and my brother with him for a few days and then back to Hong Kong until next summer. I'm still going to use his cottage. I have a key.

Ozzie's still doing well, other than his near constant sleeping. I took him off his anti-puking medicine yesterday to see how he's doing on his own. I'm going to phone the vet tomorrow with a report. So far (touch wood) I haven't come across any regurgitated piles of food strategically deposited for me to step on without realizing until it's too late. Blech. That peeves me.

Nice weather these days, but I think the wasps are going to be out and about in the next few weeks. Every friggin' Fall it becomes scary sitting on patios at restaurants or putting something in an outside garbage. I hate wasps. Not as much as skunks, though.
