This is what it looked like from a window in my office (in a temporary trailer - hey, we're expanding) this morning. This was a little depressing, but as you can sort of see, it was and is melting. There are some geese on the field too, to the right. And some seagulls were there. A bunch of crows showed up later. Do seagulls fly south for the winter? Doesn't seem like crows do anymore. I don't really like crows. They really annoy me when they decide to caw outside my bedroom window early in the morning. Blue Jays get on my nerves too, but there don't seem to be too many of them around.
All birds like to crap on my car in the summer. There's a huge elm on the boulevard in front of my house that hangs over my car when I park in front, and I guess a lot of birds sit in that tree because there always ends up being bird crap on that car when I park it there. Which begs the question, why not park it somewhere else, like the garage. Good question.
....it was freeszing rain on my way to school from work this morning. *ahem* Go ahead, you can laugh. It's okay. I deserve it after poking fun at your snow. Sigh. I suck. hehehe....the bad thing was that I procrastinated so much in going to work last night that I only left myself 15 minutes to shower and run the four blocks to the bus stop before I left last night, so I forgot my jacket. Gah! Double whammy. Thank goodness for oversize hoodie sweaters and hot laptops. Brrrrr.......
P.S. Cat lovers are cool.
P.S.S. I agree, crows and blue jays really so suck.
