NOT PSP. They are ridiculously expensive and last I checked the games were sub-par. With the exception of Lumines. And when I had one, pixels started dying off like lemmings.
I would personally say go with DS. I've spent a good amount of time playing it, and the new super mario is pretty rad.
Then again, the DS is pretty much lacking in "blow people to hell" games, as it's more kid friendly.
And I am not really at all familiar with the GP2X. So...errr...

I spent most of yesterday in a pitched battle with a large cockroach. I was overcome with conflicting emotions, i.e. I wanted to kill it forever but I also wanted to stay at least ten feet away from it.
