This week's topic is to give advice.
I've always been one to give advice, but helpful, non biased, non judgmental advice. And I never like to give any unless I'm asked. However it's this weeks topic so let's so what I have to give you guys. :)
I think the most important piece of advice I could ever give anyone is to face your fears everyday. Pick at least one fear to face, wether it be small like flirting with a cute girl at a concert or making a life changing decision that's been on your mind for a while.
I always say that life is nothing without taking risks and facing your fears. My biggest issue personally is never feeling good enough or worthy of any body's love/care, but I work on that every day by facing the things I'm scared of most and turning them into something positive.
Fear is derived from the anxiety you get during the suspense leading up to a specific task that you do not want to do. It also comes from not knowing the outcome of a specific act. The actual act of over coming a fear is not the part that scares you. The part that scares you is not knowing. The endless possibilities and outcomes of an action is a scary thought. But if you force yourself to experience what ever it may be that you're afraid of, you'll be able to know what to expect the next time. Which makes it less scary.
The more you conquer, the more confident you'll become and I think that's something we all need to train our brains to understand or at least remind ourselves of. Fears make our life interesting. Fears make us all have something to do, but you can't let them control you. Allowing yourself to take control of them will make you confident in almost every endeavor you immerse yourself in and that is truly living life.
You can be afraid just don't ever let it hold you back. Take control of your life. Don't let your fears control you.
Sorry, I was a little redundant. I just feel the need to stress certain points sometimes. Go out there, live your life, and love yourself!
Make your fears scared of you. ;)
