Because you all asked, a small update on pastry school.
First day of school was fun! We had Dutch and math, but it was back to high school. Some of you may not know it, but I'm quite the language geek so I got bored with the level of education. But I do this school for the practical and theorical pastry school so I'll just deal with the boring subjects like math, Dutch and English. Monday and Friday will normally be practical days, but because of reasons we had those 2 subjects yesterday. My class is fun, only 3 guys (one gamer geek, thank fuck) so it can get pretty loud at times. Friday a new update and maybe some pics from the bakery classrooms.
