lately i have been having trouble sleeping. i think its because i've been holding onto a lot of stress. i have recently gotten some bad out of my life so hopefully i will get back on track! 2014 im ready!

I sometimes go through periods of sleeplessness. I find that working out during the day can sometimes help. It also helps to have some kind of distraction. Just think about one thing, something pleasant before you drift off to bed. If you focus on that, it sort of eases you into sleep. Let me know if it works for you.
