Hey love birds 🖤
It's been a while since my last blog post with updates - I know. But I can't tell in words how those three months just flew by!
Let's start from the less fun but definitely essential things like my day job: if you remember my last post back in december, the situation at my new job place was challenging my mental health a bit too much. Well, I'm happy to say that things are changing for good: while I'm getting myself in the game everyday trying to learn more and do my best, my boss is trying his best too to get along with the way I work, knowing that if he doesn't put even more pressure on me, I'll do even better. We kinda find our balance, I think 🙃
On a lot more exciting news, lately I'm dacing a lot! 😍 I've been asked to join two other amazing ladies in a dancing trio called Dirty Dianas (yup, Micheal Jackson reference here!): we not only are available for shows at tattoo conventions, motorcycle rallies, club, etc. - we mainly dance on stage during the live gigs of an Italian metal band called Rain! It's sooo much fun! I'm forever grateful they asked me to join their performances
Now that spring is coming, a lot of gigs are adding up and I'm so excited to be part of all that upcoming fun!
And since I wasn't having enough of those butterflies that going under the spotlights always gives me, I've decided to walk a competition stage once again!
I'll be attending the Exotic Moon Competition in Turin, next June. It's one of the biggest exotic pole dance competitions and people from all over the world come to compete there.
Is there any chance I can get a medal? Not really, but I needed to set some kind of goal to keep myself motivated during training times - and there I go.
I used to compete before Covid and now that I'm back at it, I'm gladly finding myself grown and changed in my approach to competitions: I'm trying to stay focused on the fun part - choosing a song to dance to that suits me and the mood I want to convey, getting my outfit ready (it's so damn hot 🔥 you'll love it!), inventing a choreography - I don't want to worry about judges, other competitors, etc. I'll take it as another show I'm asked to take part in and I'll make the most of it!
This being said, wish me luck 🍀
Let's keep in touch, I'm gonna drop even more soucy updates soon 🖤
