this update will be random, rambly and most likely, chock full of suck. so please bear with me.
today i got me some raging bitch outta hell cramps (sorry, tmi, i know) but as i curled into a the fetal position i thought: "maybe i should stop complaining about this cuz hey, it's a hell of a lot better than the alternative!" so i popped some advil and stroked my now empty and cramping uterus and thanked it softly. cuz i'd rather have to put up with a bit of pain every month than have a lifetime of servitude ahead of me. yup.
my boy took off on monday for his new construction job. but the good thing is, he's actually back already. the current contract they were on was almost done when he started, so they sent him back this afternoon. so i didn't even get a chance to miss him. and here's the crazy part: he actually called me while he was away!! c'mon! how weird is that? and tomorrow i have the day off aaaaaand, i get real paid and we've made sexy plans for a picnic of sorts tomorrow. things truly are coming up milhouse.
i have adopted the song change by blind melon as the theme for the past month and a half or so. it just seems so perfect. it makes me wanna dance barefoot in a field wearing loose hippie clothing. *sigh* this summer is gonna be soooo good! well, it had better, cuz i plan on making up for last summer.
but now it appears i've run out of steam, so i'ma go...place.

I'm really glad to hear that you're happy and have great hopes for the summer! Maybe we'll end up keeping you in Sask yet, eh?
