I GOT THE NIP/TUCK SEASON ONE DVD BOX SET.... oh yes. Mitch got it for me, and seriously, I could have kissed him.....
And I did.... and a lot more for that matter. Now I can watch Nip/Tuck on my new portable DVD player he got me last week. I love him. I have to do laundry before we leave to Washington, and I wanted to get it done tonight, but I'm afraid of messing up my newly painted nails, they are dry enough to type, but bring in heat and water...and I'm not sure.
I'm reading more Dean Koontz. I wouldn't think I would like his kind of writer, I usually automatically discredit really popular writers. Something about the mass production of their books... like 5 a year is too much to be GOOD writing. And they make so much money.... it takes the fun out of it. I'm odd like that. I like old writers. The more I know about how they struggled to make money off this book, and it wasn't popular until after their death... the easier I get into it. It bothers me how those writers now push out a shitty, loved-by-thousands-of-over-romanticized-women book in a few weeks, when they are skating on the edge of their talent and I know they could do better, but they do it for the money. I feel cheated. Like they slacked off and I got fucked by buying in to their garbage.
I'm odd....
You know, I have forgotten how much I really loved Taking Back Sunday.... loooove them. I think I may get their new CD... maybe. I was talking to Misty the other night about bands we liked... comparing and all. She brought up Taking Back Sunday. I almost died.
They
fucking
rock.
I'm tired, and I wanna sleep (just a nap), but since I moved in with Mitchel in June, I have a hard time sleeping alone......
But since I don't have a job anymore, I can travel with him and stuff. Just like back in June when I moved into his house.......he says: "Lauren, it is OUR house.... OURS, okay?"
I love that boy.

Ugh....don't know what to say...i am in a bad mood today, and i can't really think....horrible money problems. Anyway, i hope your trip is going alright. Have fun!
