Lately been kinda down, the whole depression/anxiety combo after 3 or so really stressful months.
Next week is my birthday and I'm taking time off from work to take a breather and enjoy myself. Although today I've just kinda felt outright bad and tired.
I'd say I don't know what'd improve that but I mean there's a very obvious thing (that sadly has been missing from my life for over a decade) and latest attempts crashed and burned yet again on that one.
I'm safe and nothing crazy is going to happen, just kind of out of it and feeling rough. We'll see how the time off goes....
